How to Use Bitters with Wine
For wines, start by adding 1 full dropper of bitters and increase to 4-5 full droppers until you've reached the flavor profile you're looking for.
The Orange bitters are going to add bitter, citrus, and warm spice notes (great for toning down sweetness in wines or other drinks).
Make sure to stir, or give it a vigorous swirl, as the bitters are heavy and will sink to the bottom of the glass.
